摘　　要：糖尿病心脏自主神经病变(DCAN)是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,其对心血管疾病发病风险增加,死亡率较高,严重地影响了患者的预后。本文对DCAN的临床相关因素、发病机制及新的降糖药物对DCAN治疗的进展进行概述。Diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(DCAN)is one of the major complications of diabetes mellitus.It for risk of cardiovascular diseases increases and its mortality is high,which seriously affects patients’prognosis.The present article makes an overview about progress in clinical related factors,pathogenesis of DCAN and DCAN treatment by new hypoglycemic drugs.
