摘  要:为提高制药废水站含硫废气处理效果,采用生物滴滤池为主体工艺进行提标改造,分析了污染物去除效果和pH值的影响程度。结果表明:系统对主要污染物的处理效果随着循环液pH值升高呈下降趋势,在pH值为1.7的条件下,生物滴滤池对H2S、甲硫醇、甲硫醚平均去除效率分别为99.62%、85.09%、85.52%,平均去除负荷分别为26.90、6.81、5.03 g/(m^(3)·h)。A biological trickling filter(BTF)was used as the major process of the upgrading and reconstruction project of a pharmaceutical wastewater station to improve the treatment effect of sulfur-containing waste gas.The pollutant removal effect and the influence of p H were analyzed.The results show that the removal of main pollutants decreases with the increases of pH of the circulating liquid.At p H of1.7,the average removal rates of H2S,methyl mercaptan,and dimethyl sulfide by BTF are 99.62%,85.09%,and 85.52%,respectively,and the regarding average removal loads are 26.90,6.81,and5.03 g/(m^(3)·h),respectively.
