摘　　要：介绍了赊销的概念,总结了赊销的特征及赊销的主要形式,分析了在市场经济环境下赊销可能面临的各种风险。针对赊销存在的风险,提出了应对赊销风险的相关措施和降低赊销风险的几条建议,以规避或消除赊销过程中所产生的风险。The concept of credit sale was introduced,the features of credit sale and the main forms of credit sale were summarized,the various risks which credit sale may face were analyzed under the market economy environment,some relevant measures were advanced for coping with the risks in credit sale,aiming at the existing risks in credit sale,some suggestions on how to reduce the risk of selling on credit are put forward,in order to avoid or eliminate the risks in the process of selling on credit.
