摘　　要：采用回转窑焙烧是钼加工广泛应用的方法。影响焙烧作业效果的因素诸多,回转窑持续、均匀给料就是其中重要的一项因素。德兴铜矿在钼加工生产实践中,加强钼精矿水份控制,同时引进由粉料气力输送及失重秤螺旋定量给料组成的全自动恒定给料系统,并在使用过程中对系统予以改进,有效地促进了回转窑恒定给料,提高了焙烧作业效果。Roasting in rotary kiln is a widely used method for processing molybdenum.There are many factors that affect the effect of roasting operation,among which the continuous and uniform feeding of rotary kiln is an important one.In the production practice of molybdenum processing in Dexing Copper Mine,the moisture control of Molybdenum concentrate has been strengthened.At the same time,a fully automatic constant feeding system consisting of pneumatic conveying of powder materials and quantitative feeding by spiral weighing has been introduced,the constant feeding of the rotary kiln is effectively promoted and the roasting effect is improved.
