摘　　要：介绍了贵溪冶炼厂备料车间精矿库及铜精矿物料的基本概况,通过规范铜精矿物料在各生产环节中的管理模式,达到稳定生产的需求。探讨如何通过有效管理达到最大效益,以及未来通过技术革新和创新管理,来创新物料管理新模式。In this paper,the basic situation of the concentrate storage and copper concentrate material in the stock preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter is introduced,and the demand of stable production is achieved by standardizing the management mode of copper concentrate material in each production link.How to achieve the maximum benefit through effective management,and how to innovate the new mode of material management through technological innovation and innovative management in the future are discussed as well in this paper.
