摘 要:采用水热法制备了NaGdF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)纳米晶,并对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌、上转换发光及温度传感特性进行了表征。实验结果表明,所制备的样品为六方相,颗粒尺寸约50 nm。在980 nm激光激发下,观测到521和542 nm的绿光发射峰及654 nm的红光发射峰,分别归属于Er^(3+)离子的^(2)H_(11/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)、^(4)S_(3/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)和^(4)F_(9/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)能级跃迁。利用荧光强度技术在293~573 K范围内研究了两个绿光发射热耦合能级的温度传感特性,其最大绝对灵敏度S_(A)和相对灵敏度S_(R)分别达到了3.8×10^(-3)/K和1.153%/K,在光学测温领域显示出较好的应用前景。NaGdF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nano-crystals were fabricated by a hydrothermal method.The crystal structure,micro morphology,up-conversion luminescence and temperature sensing properties of the samples were characterized and investigated.The results show that the prepared samples have all a hexagonal phase with a particle size of~50 nm.Under 980 nm excitation,the emission peaks at 521(green),542 nm(green)and 654 nm(red)are observed,which are assigned to the characteristic transitions of^(2)H_(11/2)→^(4)I_(15/2),^(4)S_(3/2)→^(4)I_(15/2) and ^(4)F_(9/2)→^(4)I_(15/2) of Er^(3+)ion,respectively.Using fluorescence intensity ratio technology,the temperature sensing properties of the two thermal coupling energy levels were studied in the range of 293~573 K.The maximum absolute sensitivity S_(A) and relative sensitivity S_(R) reach the value of 3.8×10^(-3)/K and 1.153%/K,respectively.Such performances show good potential application in the field of optical thermometers.
