摘 要:质子交换膜燃料电池在高湿度和高电流密度下运行,需要高效的气体和液态水传输,为此制备了不同碳材料(Vulcan XC-72,Super P,Acetylene Black)的气体扩散层(Gas Diffusion Layer,GDL),并对其优化。通过GDL孔径分布和组装的单电池性能测试结果表明,Acetylene Black制备的GDL最佳,且2.0 mg/cm^(2)为Acetylene Black的最佳载量。结合模板改进超声喷雾工艺,进一步在最佳Acetylene Black载量的GDL内部构建亲水和疏水规律性分布的结构。研究发现,优化后GDL组装的单电池峰功率密度从原来的590 mW/cm^(2)提升至627 mW/cm^(2),表明亲水和疏水规律性交替分布结构对于GDL的气液传输性能提升较为显著。为今后新能源材料类实验的开展提供了参考和思路。To solve the problem that proton exchange membrane fuel cells need efficient transport of gas and liquid water when operating under high humidity and high current density,gas diffusion layer(GDL)was prepared by different carbon materials(Vulcan XC-72,Super P,Acetylene Black),and was optimized.The GDL pore size distribution and single cell performance test show that the gas diffusion layer prepared by Acetylene Black is the best,and 2.0 mg/cm^(2) is the best load of Acetylene Black.Combined with template improvement of ultrasonic spray process,the structure of hydrophilic and hydrophobic regular alternate distribution was constructed in the GDL of the best Acetylene Black load.The results show that the peak power density of the single cell assembly increases from 590 mW/cm^(2) to 627 mW/cm^(2),which indicates that the regular alternate distribution structure of hydrophilic and hydrophobic structure significantly improves the gas-liquid transmission performance of the gas diffusion layer.The study provides references and ideas for future experiments of new energy materials.
