摘  要:高压灭菌实验是生物学、医学、兽医学等多学科人才培养的关键支撑,但灭菌操作具有一定危险性和过程不可预见性。为有效解决该问题,利用虚拟仿真和信息技术优势,构建仿真教学系统,设计线上课堂及理论测评、高危仪器全视角接触、灭菌实况自动演示、模拟场景仿真操作功能模块,增强安全部件、残留空气和饱和蒸汽等“不可预见”因素的演示。学生通过系统的学习和交互操作,可避免实验中安全事故的发生、克服不能重复操作的问题、直观了解不可预见的现象,以及验证灭菌实验的正确性。High pressure sterilization experiment is the key support for the cultivation of talents in biology,medicine,veterinary science and other multi-disciplinary in colleges and universities,because of the danger of sterilization operation and the unpredictability of the process.In order to effectively solve this problem,the virtual simulation and information technology advantages are used to build a simulation teaching system,to design online classroom and theoretical evaluation,high-risk instrument full angle contact,sterilization live automatic demonstration,simulation scene simulation operation function module,and to enhance the demonstration of"unforeseen"factors such as safety components,residual air and saturated steam.Through systematic learning and interactive operation,students can effectively avoid the occurrence of safety accidents in the experiment,overcome the problem of non repetitive operation,intuitively understand the unforeseen phenomenon,and verify the correctness of sterilization experiment.
