摘　　要：近年来,高校时有发生危险化学品起火、爆炸等安全事故,有的甚至导致严重人员伤亡,这些都暴露出高校在危险化学品安全管理方面存在的漏洞。采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法,详细分析了高校危险化学品事故发生的主要原因,系统总结了危险化学品安全管理的特点规律,从采购、储存、供应、使用、报废处置环节入手,提出了建立高校危险化学品全过程管理体系的思路和措施,从而为高校教学科研活动创造一个安全稳定的工作环境。In recent years,many laboratory hazardous chemical accidents occurred in the colleges and universities,which shows problems in this field.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper seriously analyzes the main causes of hazardous chemical accidents in colleges and universities,systematically summarizes the characteristics and rules of safety management of hazardous chemicals,and establishes the all-process management system of the hazardous chemicals which can control the purchasing,storing,supplying,using,disposing and other related activities.Relying on this system,it is possible to prevent and eliminate these accidents,and safe working environment can be created for the teaching and researching activities.
