摘  要:为了解决小口径调节阀精度问题,提出了一种基于CFD的小口径调节阀阀芯结构优化方法。该方法根据阀门结构和流体力学基本原理,应用CFD仿真软件对小口径调节阀阀芯结构进行优化设计。结果表明:在阀芯额定行程为19 mm的前提下,通过多次优化与仿真,最终得到了符合要求的流量特性曲线,使调节阀流量特性达到等百分比特性,各开度的流量特性均在允许误差范围内,公式计算的阀芯直径偏差在10%以内,基本满足阀芯初步设计的要求。To improve the accuracy of the small-bore control valve,a CFD-based optimization method for the spool structure of the small-bore control valve is proposed.This method is based on the basic principles of valve structure and fluid mechanics.CFD simulation software was applied to optimize the spool structure of the small-diameter regulating valve.The results show that when the rated stroke of the spool is 19 mm,through multiple optimizations and simulations,the flow characteristic curve that meets the requirements is finally obtained.The flow characteristic of the regulating valve reaches the equal percentage characteristic,and the flow characteristics of each opening are all within the allowable error range.The spool diameter deviation calculated by the formula can be guaranteed to be within 10%,which basically meets the requirements of the preliminary design of the spool.
