摘  要:为解决孔加工时存在的表面质量差、不易排屑等问题,对钻削加工过程进行了研究。分析了钻削力建模方法,将钻削力建模方法分为4类不同的模型,即:机械式模型、机理式模型、仿真式模型和神经网络式模型。阐述了4类模型的理论和方法,指出了模型存在的优缺点,并对未来钻削力(钻削功率)的建模进行了展望。The drilling process was studied in order to solve the problems of poor surface quality and difficulty in chip removal during hole machining.The drilling force modeling methods were analyzed,and the drilling force modeling methods were divided into four different models:mechanical model,mechanism model,simulation model and neural network model.The theories and methods of the four models were expounded respectively,and the problems existing in the models were analyzed.The strengths and weaknesses of the models were pointed out,and outlook of drilling forces modeling(drilling power)was predicted.
