摘 要:研究不同浓度重金属Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)对洋甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量的影响。采用培养皿滤纸发芽法,分别用不同浓度Pb^(2+)(100、200、300、400和500 mmol/L)、Cd^(2+)(20、40、60、80和100 mmol/L)及Pb^(2)和+Cd^(2+)混合溶液(20+100、40+200、60+300、80+400和100+500 mmol/L)处理洋甘菊种子,测定叶绿素的含量。叶绿素含量随着Cd^(2+)溶液浓度的升高而升高,浓度100 mmol/L时达到最大值。其中Pb^(2+)300 mmol/L、Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)混合溶液(60+300)mmol/L时,叶绿素含量会受到一定抑制影响,此时叶绿素含量达到最低值。Pb^(2+)300 mmol/L、Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)混合溶液浓度为(60+300)mmol/L时会抑制洋甘菊种子的萌发,但会促进幼苗生长,其余浓度Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)胁迫对洋甘菊种子与幼苗影响较小,未出现无根苗现象。结果表明:Pb^(2+)处理对洋甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量有先抑制,后促进,又抑制的作用,Cd^(2+)处理对洋甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量有促进作用,Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)混合溶液对洋甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量起着先抑制,再促进的作用。To study the effects of heavy metal Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)on chlorophyll content of chamomile seedlings.Using Petri dish filter paper method,Pb^(2+)(100,200,300,400 and 500 mmol/L),Cd^(2+)(20,40,60,80 and 100 mmol/L)and mixed solutions(20)were used and Cd^(2+),respectively(20+100,40+200,60+300,80+400 and 100+500 mmol/L)Processing chamomile seeds,Determination of chlorophyll content.The content increased with the increase of Cd^(2+)solution concentration,and reached the maximum value at 100 mmol/L.Pb^(2) of which 300 mmol/L、Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)mixture 60 At 300 mmol/L,the chlorophyll content will be inhibited,and the chlorophyll content will reach the lowest value.Pb^(2+)The concentration of 300 mmol/L、Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)mixed solution is 60 The germination of chamomile seeds was inhibited at 300 mmol/L,but seedling growth was promoted,and the remaining concentrations Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)stress the effect on chamomile seeds and seedlings was small,and there was no rootless seedling phenomenon.Pb^(2+)treatment can inhibit the chlorophyll content of chamomile seedlings first,then promote and inhibit,Cd^(2+)treatment can promote the chlorophyll content of chamomile seedlings,and the mixed solution of Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)can inhibit the chlorophyll content of chamomile seedlings first and then promote it.
