摘 要:软质零件对提升汽车内饰感知质量和乘坐的舒适性、安全性,具有重要意义,已广泛应用于汽车领域。传统的软质零件通常会采用激光打孔及打印实现一定的纹理效果,但此种方式缺少立体凹凸美感。将基于目前的表皮搪塑工艺、FIP发泡,以仪表板中嵌作为实物载体,通过设计不同款式的A面造型特征及宽深比例、不同的零件结构等,研究表皮的拉伸比例、发泡层壁厚与触感的关系等,以及在实物试模验证的基础上获取3D凹凸纹理效果的皮革软包覆的工艺可行性以及各种最优工艺。Soft parts had been widely used in automotive interior,because of its great significance to improve the perceived quality,comfort,safety.Traditional soft parts usually used laser drilling and printing to achieve a certain texture effect,but this way lacked three dimensional(3D)concave and convex beauty.Based on the current skin enameling process,FIP(foaming in place)technology,with the instrument panel embedded as the physical carrier,the relationship among skin stretching ratio,foam layer thickness and touching feeling were studied by design the different styles of A-side modeling characteristics,width and depth ratio,different parts structure and so on.In addition,on the basis of actual model test verification,the feasibility of obtaining 3D concave-convex texture of leather soft coating process and the optimal process are obtained.
