摘　　要：推进干部教育培训的高质量发展,要扩充“大教育大培训”理念的内涵,以社会境域的大视野,在理念变革、目标定位、方式方法和教学资源开发等方面,推进干部教育培训与社会层面教育培训工作的互学互鉴。通过创新干部教育培训的组织协调架构、盘活教学资源、增加评估考核的社会介入权重,以及加强干部教育培训与社会层面思政教育实践的互鉴研究,逐步获得推进高质量干部教育培训发展的规律性认识。To promote high-quality development of cadre education and training in the new era and new development stage,we should expand the connotation of the concept of“big education and big training”from the perspective of the whole society and promote their mutual learning in the areas of conceptual change,goal orientation,methods and teaching resource development.We should innovate the organization and coordination structure of cadre education and training,revitalize teaching resources,increase the social intervention weight of evaluation and assessment,strengthen the research on the mutual learning,and gradually obtain knowledge on the development of high-quality cadre education and training.
