乒乓球运动中基于竞赛成绩选材的科学性研究

摘　　要：为了解当前乒乓球运动中运用竞赛成绩选材的科学性与合理性,运用专家访谈法和数理统计法对现行青少年乒乓球运动员选材形式和乒乓球运动员成绩特征进行分析,发现现行选材形式的问题所在,并结合乒乓球竞赛成绩的特征,探索竞赛成绩在青少年乒乓球运动员选材中更为科学、有效的应用方式。结果发现:当前的选材形式虽是以竞赛成绩为核心标准,但没能准确把握其特征,应该效果较差。合理运用竞赛成绩因素应考虑到乒乓球竞赛成绩在整体上无规律波动的特征,把握好其局部的偶然性和稳定性,注意相对年龄效应的影响。形成闭环的竞赛交流机制,或建立青少年运动员积分排名体系,是将竞赛成绩有效应用于选材工作的合理途径。In order to explore the scientific of talent selection decided by competition results in table tennis,this paper uses the methods of expert interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the selection form and performance characteristics of the current young table tennis players,finds out the problems in the current selection form,and explores the application of the competition results in the young table tennis by combining with the characteristics of the competition results.The results show that although the current form of material selection is based on athletic performance as the core standard,it fails to accurately grasp its characteristics and should have poor effect.The reasonable use of table tennis results should take into account the irregular fluctuation of table tennis results on the whole,grasp its local contingency and stability,and pay attention to the influence of the relative age effect.To form a closed-loop competition communication mechanism,or to establish a ranking system of points for young athletes,is a reasonable way to effectively apply the competition results to the selection of materials.
