摘 要:钢渣作为钢铁生产过程中产生的废弃物,其年排放量随着钢铁工业的不断发展逐年增加,我国目前现存的钢渣已超过2亿t,但其综合利用率仅为22%左右。钢渣的大量堆积,不仅占用土地,还对土壤及周围环境造成了污染。阐述了钢渣的基本特性、国内外综合利用现状,系统总结了钢渣中的铁回收技术以及钢渣在矿山充填、肥料生产、土壤改良、筑路施工、混凝土、烧结材料、阻燃工程等方面的应用。目前的钢渣多元化利用研究虽已取得了不少成果,多项关键技术日趋成熟,但在钢渣利用过程中仍有诸多问题亟待解决,例如钢渣安定性不良、活性低等。因此,应在现有钢渣利用技术的基础上探索其他利用途径,以提高其资源利用效率。Steel slag is a solid waste generated in the process of steel production,and its annual emission is ever increasing with the development of the steel industry.At present,the existing steel slag volume in China has exceeded 200 million tons,but only about 22%of them have been utilized.The massive accumulation of steel slag not only occupies a lot of land but also contaminates the soil and ambient environment.In this paper,the basic characteristics of steel slag and the current situation of comprehensive utilization at home and abroad were described firstly.Then the technology of iron recovery from steel slag and the application of steel slag in mine filling,fertilizer production and soil reclamation,road construction,concrete,cementation and flame retardant projects were systematically summarized.Although many achievements have been made in the study on diversified utilization of steel slag by using gradually proved technologies,there are still some problems to be solved,such as poor stability and low activity of steel slag.Therefore,it is necessary to develop novel ways of utilizing steel slag on the basis of existing process for steel slag utilization in order to improve the resource utilization efficiency.
