摘 要:粉煤灰是火力发电厂中煤粉燃烧后产生的固体颗粒,我国每年因燃煤产生的粉煤灰约6亿t,占世界粉煤灰总产量的一半。针对粉煤灰露天堆积造成的环境污染和资源浪费问题,综述了其资源综合利用现状,结果表明,粉煤灰主要应用于建筑、化工、环保、农业、造纸、陶瓷等领域,实现了粉煤灰的高值化利用。今后应增强创新意识,加大科研投入,注重产品的改造和开发,借鉴发达国家的成功经验,探索粉煤灰综合利用新方法和新工艺,努力提升其资源利用率。Fly ash is a particulate solid generated from the combustion of pulverized coal in thermal power plants.The annual yield of fly ash in China is about 600 million tons from coal-burning plant,accounting for 50%of the total fly ash output in the world.To deal with open-air stockpiles of fly ash bringing about environmental pollution and resources waste,the current status of fly ash utilization was summarized.The results show that fly ash is mainly used in the fields of building construction,chemical industry,environmental protection,agriculture,paper making and ceramics production,by which the high-valued utilization of fly ash was achieved.In the future,we should make creative efforts to increase the investment on scientific research program to be focused on the transformation and deve-lopment of products,use the successful practice in developed countries for reference so as to develop novel technologies and processes for the comprehensive utilization of fly ash and maximize the utilization efficiency of the resources.
