摘  要:塔里木油田库车山前高压气井在生产过程中井完整性缺陷,不同程度出现一级屏障失效、二级屏障受损、环空压力超限等复杂情况,采用压回法、置换法等常规方法无法实现应急压井。结合不同作业井井况、压井装备,地面控制设备,压井液类型、压井液密度、压井方法等,采用带压灌注法、节流循环法和高压挤注法等非常规压井方法,可快速有效控制井控风险,达到压井目的。塔里木油田KEsXX井油套连通且C环空压力超限,采用综合的非常规压井技术进行现场压井,取得良好效果。该技术对高压油气井生产现场应急处置具有很好的借鉴和指导意义。Due to the well integrity defects in the production process of Kuqa Piedmont high-pressure gas well in Tarim Oilfield,the primary barrier failure,secondary barrier damage,annular pressure overrun,and other complex situations occur in different degrees.The conventional methods such as bullheading method and displacement method cannot achieve emergency well killing.In this paper,combined with the well conditions,well killing equipment,ground control equipment,well killing fluid type,well killing fluid density and well killing method of different operation wells,unconventional well killing methods such as perfusion with pressure,throttling circulation and high-pressure squeeze injection are adopted to control well control risk quickly and effectively and achieve well killing purpose.The casing of Well KEsXX in Tarim Oilfield is connected and the pressure of C annulus is beyond the limit.The comprehensive unconventional well killing technology is used to kill the well on site,and good results have been achieved.This technology has a good reference and guiding significance for emergency disposal of high-pressure oil and gas wells.
