硫氨酯尾液法生产的巯基乙酸钠中的黄药降解及选矿效果研究

摘  要:由于硫氨酯尾液法生产的巯基乙酸钠残存黄药,影响巯基乙酸钠的抑制效果。为了降低巯基乙酸钠中黄药的残存量,通过避光静置试验、加热试验、以及改变硫氨酯尾液法生产工艺的酯化温度和酯化时间试验,最终确定了硫氨酯尾液法生产工艺的酯化温度为58℃、酯化时间为100min时,巯基乙酸钠中的黄药量能够降低至500mg/L以下。通过浮选对比试验可知巯基乙酸钠中的黄药量降低至500 mg/L及以下时,能够到达到抑制效果,满足选矿要求。通过研究解决了巯基乙酸钠储存困难,缩短发货周期,提高硫氨酯和巯基乙酸钠的产能。The inhibitory effect is affected by the xanthate,which is residued in mercaptoacetic sodium acid produced by the method of sulfur ammonia ester tail liquid.To decrease the xanthate residue in the mercaptoacetic sodium acid,we have made the avoid light test,heating test and changing esterification temperature and esterification time test of the production process of sulfur ammonia ester tail liquid and finally determine that the xanthate residue can be decreased to below 500 mg/L when the esterification temperature is finally determined at 58℃and the esterification time is determined 100 mins.Through the comparison test of flotation,it is known that inhibitory effect can be reached and the beneficiation demand can be met when the xanthate residue is decreased to 500 mg/L or below.Through the study,the difficulty in storing the mercaptoacetic sodium acid is solved,the shipment period is shortened,and the production capacity of the thionocarbamates and mercaptoacetic sodium acid is raised.
