摘  要:铝电解多功能机组最重要的结构为桥架,在主梁的制造过程中需给主梁一个预制拱度。根据桥式起重机的标准及多年的制造经验,为了保证这个主梁预制拱度值,需要在主梁的下料及焊接等方面对主梁拱度进行控制。从三方面阐述了铝电解多功能机组主梁拱度的控制:即主梁预制拱度曲线的绘制与切割,主梁焊缝的焊接技术对主梁拱度控制的影响,主梁组装与焊接顺序对主梁拱度控制的影响。The most important structure of the multi-functional aluminum electrolysis unit is the bridge,which should be given a precast arch in the process of manufacturing the main beam.According to the standard of overhead traveling crane and the manufacturing experience of many years,in order to ensure the precasting camber of the main girder,it is necessary to control the Camber of the main girder in the aspects of blanking and welding.This paper expounds the control of the main beam camber of the aluminum electrolytic multi-function unit from three aspects:The drawing and cutting of the precast camber curve of the main beam,the influence of the welding technology of the welding seam of the main beam on the control of the main beam camber,influence of main beam assembly and welding sequence on arch control of main beam.
