摘 要:文中结合实际案例,通过分别改变玻璃间填充气体的种类;间隔条的材质(铝,不锈钢,暖边)和断热条的长度来分析这3个因素对玻璃幕墙整体U值的影响。结论表明玻璃内填充氩气的效果要优于填充空气;使用暖边间隔条可以较好的降低幕墙整体U值;随着断热条的长度增加,玻璃幕墙的整体U值会逐渐减小,二者大致呈现二次多项式曲线的关系。该结果揭示了3个因素对于玻璃幕墙整体U值皆会产生影响,为项目幕墙热工性能的优化提供了参考。Combined with the practical cases,this paper analyzes the influence of filling types between glasses,the material of spacer(aluminum,stainless steel,warm edge),and the length of polyamide thermal break on the overall U value of glass curtain wall.The results shows that the effect of filling argon in glass is better than that of air,and the use of warm edge spacers can better reduce the overall U value of curtain wall,in which,with the increase of the length of the polyamide thermal break,the overall U value of the glass curtain wall will gradually decrease with a quadratic polynomial curve relationship.The results reveal that all three factors will affect the overall U value of the glass curtain wall,which provides a reference for the optimization of thermal performance of the curtain wall of the similar projects.
