摘  要:以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)、TiO_(2)为原料,通过脱水缩合反应制备出一种新型硅烷偶联剂改性TiO_(2)填料,将硅烷偶联剂改性TiO_(2)与聚丙烯酸树脂球磨共混制备复合材料,并应用于制革复鞣填充工序。研究结果表明:KH550与KH560物质的量之比为4∶6,TiO_(2)与硅烷偶联剂物质的量之比为100∶7.5,温度为30℃,pH值为10时,此时硅烷偶联剂改性TiO_(2)粒径分布系数最小为0.212,粒径为4660 nm。将硅烷偶联剂改性TiO_(2)/聚丙烯酸树脂(SCA-TiO_(2)-PAC)复合材料应用于制革复鞣填充工序,与聚丙烯酸树脂相比,物理机械性能可提升10%左右,甲醛含量可下降至16 ppm以下。Through dehydration condensation reaction,usingγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH560)and TiO_(2)as raw materials,a new type of TiO_(2)filler modified by silane coupling agent was prepared,which can be blended with polyacrylic resin ball mill and used in leather retanning filling process.The research results showed that when the ratio of the amount of KH550 to KH560 was 4∶6,the ratio of the amount of TiO_(2)to silane coupling agent was 100∶7.5,the temperature was 30℃,and the pH was 10,then particle size distribution coefficient of silane coupling agent modified TiO_(2)was the smallest which was 0.212,and the particle size was 4660nm.In the leather retanning filling process,compared with polyacrylic resin,the physical mechanical properties of the silane coupling agent modified TiO_(2)/polyacrylic resin(SCA-TiO_(2)-PAC)composite can be improved by about 10%,and the formaldehyde content can be reduced to below 16ppm.
