摘 要:目的:探讨维生素A辅助糖皮质激素治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子(IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α)和N端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法:按照不同的治疗方法,将86例支气管哮喘患儿分为观察组(糖皮质激素+维生素A治疗)及对照组(糖皮质激素治疗),每组各43例。对比两组患儿疗效、肺功能及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清炎症因子(IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α)水平均降低,观察组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。两组肺功能改善程度均有改善,观察组改善程度更佳(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清NT-proBNP水平均明显降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:维生素A辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘可改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,进一步改善患儿肺功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin A-assisted glucocorticoids on bronchial asthma in children and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and NT-proBNP levels.Methods:86 children with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into observation group(n=43,glucocorticoid Pulmicort Resul+Vitamin A)and control group(n=43,glucocorticoid Pulmicort Resin)according to different treatment methods.The efficacy,lung function and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups were compared.Results:The cough,wheezing,and disappearance of pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors of children in the two groups significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the decline in the observation group was more significant.The improvement of lung function in both groups was improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum NT-proBNP levels of children in the two groups decreased significantly.The decline in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin A adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in children can improve clinical symptoms,reduce levels of inflammatory factors,and further improve lung function in children.
