摘  要:游梁式抽油系统的柔性控制运转技术是一种变速驱动技术,通过电机的变速运行来控制抽油系统,目的是改善工作进程、降低采油成本、提高采油效率。为探究变速驱动对抽油泵的影响,采用椭圆速率与常规速率进行对比,理论分析了两种驱动方式下抽油泵的漏失和泵效情况,数值模拟分析了阀球开启情况和流场情况,最后利用室内台架试验测试了两种驱动方式下抽油泵的产量情况。研究结果表明:椭圆速率主要影响抽油泵的漏失,因此不考虑其他因素影响时,理论计算得到椭圆速率驱动的泵效比常规速率驱动高2.89%;数值模拟分析得到椭圆速率驱动的初始运动更加平稳,阀球完全开启后椭圆速率驱动的漏失量更小,产量也能提高;室内台架试验得到椭圆速率驱动下产量比常规速率驱动时有所提升,最高提升为3.1%,与理论分析结果一致。所得结论可为游梁式抽油系统的柔性运转控制策略提供一定的指导。The flexible control operation technology of the beam pumping system is a variable speed drive (VSD) technology. The system is controlled by the variable speed operation of the electric motor, with the purpose of improving the work process, reducing the lifting cost and increasing the oil recovery efficiency. In order to explore the influence of variable speed drive on the oil well pump, the elliptical rate was compared with the conventional rate, the leakage and pump efficiency of the oil well pump under the two kinds of driving modes were theoretically analyzed;the valve ball opening and flow field conditions were simulated and analyzed numerically;and finally, the test was carried out to test the output of oil well pump under the two kinds of driving modes. The research results show that the elliptical rate mainly affects the leakage of the oil well pump, therefore, without considering the influence of other factors, based on theoretical calculation, the pump efficiency driven by elliptical rate is 2.89% higher than that driven by conventional rate;based on numerical simulation analysis, the initial movement driven by elliptical rate is smoother, the leakage driven by elliptical rate after complete opening of valve ball is smaller, and the output can also be increased;and based on the indoor bench test, the output driven by elliptical rate is higher than that driven by conventional rate, up to 3.1%, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis result. The conclusions provide some guidance for the flexible operation control strategy of the beam pumping system.
