摘　　要：资金融通作为"一带一路"合作的五通内容之一,是共建"一带一路"的重要支撑,因此中国积极推动与沿线国家在项目建设和资金融通方面的金融合作。阿拉伯国家是中国"一带一路"建设的重要合作对象,中国与其开展金融合作,不仅能够为"一带一路"海外实体项目的开展提供金融支撑,促进阿拉伯国家经济建设和金融发展,也有利于中国金融"走出去"。本文从"一带一路"金融合作的政策背景出发,结合阿拉伯国家金融发展的特点,分析了中阿金融合作的可行性和必要性,并在总结中阿金融合作实践的基础上,提出中国与阿拉伯国家金融合作的政策建议,分析了疫情后中国与阿拉伯国家的金融合作。As one of the five elements of the "Belt and Road"cooperation,financial integration provides great support for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road".Therefore,China actively pushes forward financial cooperation in project construction and financial integration with countries along the route. Arab countries are important partners of China during the "Belt and Road"construction. The financial cooperation between China and Arab countries can give financial impetus into the development of"Belt and Road"overseas projects,promote the economic construction and financial development of Arab countries,and also facilitate Chinese finance sector’s "Go Out"strategy. Starting from the policy background of the "Belt and Road"financial cooperation,this article analyzes the feasibility and necessity of China-Arab financial cooperation based on the characteristics of the financial development of Arab countries. Besides putting forward policy suggestions,this article also makes an in-depth analysis of the financial cooperation between China and Arab countries after COVID-19 pandemic.
