白及三七散加味治疗子宫切口憩室的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究白及三七散加味治疗子宫切口憩室的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2019年5月本院收治的100例子宫切口憩室患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组给予常规避孕药去氧孕烯炔雌醇片周期性治疗,治疗组用白及三七散加味治疗。于治疗6个月后,比较两组治疗效果、经期天数及子宫切口憩室平均直径。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组经期天数与对照组比较更短,子宫切口憩室与对照组比较更小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白及三七散加味有收敛止血、活血祛瘀之功,治疗子宫切口憩室效果显著。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Modified Baiji Sanqi Powder in uterine incision diverticulum.Method:A total of 100 patients with uterine incision diverticulum admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group took the conventional cycle therapy with Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets,the treatment group took the Modified Baiji Sanqi Powder.After 6 months of treatment,treatment effect,number of menstrual periods and average diameter of uterine incision diverticulum were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of menstrual days in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,the uterine incision diverticulum was smaller than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Modified Baiji Sanqi Powder can stop bleeding,activate blood and remove stasis,the effect of treating uterine incision diverticulum is remarkable.
