摘  要:目的:观察与比较不同子宫全切手术对患者卵巢血供及蛋白代谢的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月于本院行子宫全切手术的70例患者为研究对象。将其根据手术方式的不同分为A组(开腹手术组)35例和B组(腹腔镜手术组)35例。比较两组手术前后的卵巢血流指标、性激素水平及蛋白代谢指标。结果:术前,两组卵巢血流指标、性激素水平、蛋白代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、2个月,B组卵巢血流指标、性激素水平均显著优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、7 d,B组蛋白代谢指标均显著高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜子宫全切手术对患者卵巢血供及蛋白代谢的影响好于开腹手术,因此腹腔镜子宫全切手术的临床应用价值相对更高。Objective:To observe and compare the influence of different total hysterectomy for ovarian blood supply and protein metabolism of patients.Method:A total of 70 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into group A(open surgery group)35 cases and group B(laparoscopic surgery group)35 cases.Ovarian blood flow indexes,sex hormone levels and protein metabolism indexes were compared between two groups before and after operation.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in ovarian blood flow index,sex hormone level and protein metabolism index between two groups(P>0.05).At 1 and 2 months after operation,ovarian blood flow indexes and sex hormone levels in group B were significantly better than those in group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 2 and 7 d after operation,the protein metabolic indexes of group B were significantly higher than those of group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of total laparoscopic hysterectomy on ovarian blood supply and protein metabolism are better than those of open surgery,so the clinical application value of total laparoscopic hysterectomy is relatively higher.
