摘　　要：目的:探究延迟脐带结扎对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月收治的267例新生儿作为研究对象,其中确诊为坏死性小肠结肠炎38例,其余229例为对照。收集患儿及产妇的临床资料。采用logistic回归模型分析延迟脐带结扎与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生的关系。结果:结肠炎组极低体重儿、胎膜早破、输血、白细胞计数升高、CRP水平升高、血小板计数降低患儿比例均高于对照组,延迟脐带结扎、高胆红素血症、使用益生菌患儿比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,延迟脐带结扎是新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生的保护性因素,OR(95%CI)为0.242(0.103~0.565)。结论:延迟脐带结扎可降低新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生的风险。Aim:To explore the effects of delayed umbilical cord ligation on neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis occurrence.Methods:The data of 267 newborns admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were collected.Among them,38 children developed necrotizing enterocolitis,and the remaining 229 cases were taken as control.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relation between delayed umbilical cord ligation and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis occurrence.Results:Compared with those of the control group,the proportions of the newborns with very low birth weight,premature rupture of membranes,blood transfusion,high white blood cell count,high CRP level and high platelet count in the colitis group were all higher,the proportions of the newborns with delayed umbilical cord ligation,hyperbilirubinemia,and probiotics using was lower(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that delayed umbilical cord ligation was a protective factor for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,OR(95%CI)were 0.242(0.103-0.565).Conclusion:Delayed umbilical cord ligation could reduce the risk of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis occurrence.
