摘 要:以渤中34-1油田高含蜡原油的油气混输为研究对象,通过小型环道蜡沉积实验和采用多相流动态软件OLGA、TUMAX软件进行了海底油气混输管道蜡沉积规律研究。结果表明,相对于单相管道而言,混输管道内气相流体流动对沉积的蜡晶具有较强的剪切剥离和携带作用;随着流体流速增大到一定程度后,蜡分子运动过程中剪切剥离效果占主导,蜡沉积速率减弱;随着管道入口流体温度升高,蜡晶溶解度升高,抑制管内流体中蜡晶的析出,而流体与管壁间的温差增大,使温度梯度增大,又促进管内流体中蜡晶的析出并在管内壁沉积。最后指出,现有的蜡沉积预测技术仍存在一定的限制条件,需要通过大量的实验研究进行验证和完善。Taking the oil and gas mixed transportation of high waxy crude oil in Bozhong 34-1 Oilfield as the research object,the wax deposition law of the subsea oil-gas multiphase pipeline was studied by means of the small loop wax deposition experiment,the dynamic multiphase flow software OLGA and the software TUMAX.The results show that the gas-phase fluid flow in the multiphase pipeline has strong shear stripping and carrying effects on the deposited wax crystals compared with the single-phase pipeline;with the increase of fluid velocity to a certain extent,the shear stripping effect is dominant and the wax deposition rate decreases;with the increase of fluid temperature at pipeline inlet,the solubility of wax crystals increases,which inhibits the precipitation of wax crystals in the pipeline fluid,while the temperature difference between the fluid and the pipeline wall increases,which increases the temperature gradient and also promotes the precipitation of wax crystals and deposition in the inner wall of the pipeline.Finally,it is pointed out that the existing wax deposition prediction technology still has some limitations,which need to be verified and perfected by a large number of experimental studies.
