摘  要:当前9Ni钢已逐渐取代Ni-Cr不锈钢而成为低温储罐的主材,在低温储罐的制作过程中9Ni钢材料的焊接十分关键,需要进行工艺试验研究。对国内06Ni9和国外X07Ni9钢材料采用不同焊接方法进行焊接工艺试验,试验结果表明,焊条电弧焊(SMAW)、熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)、埋弧焊(SAW)、手工钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)焊接方法均可用于9Ni钢材料焊接;焊接热输入的大小对试件-196℃冲击值的影响较大,焊接时应采用多层多道焊,严格控制焊接热输入;适当控制熔合比以减少母材金属对熔敷金属的稀释率,从而减少马氏体的存在。Now 9Ni steel has gradually replaced Ni-Cr stainless steel as the main material of low temperature storage tank.In the process of making low temperature storage tank,the welding of 9Ni steel material is very important,so it is necessary to carry out process test research.The welding process tests of domestic 06Ni9 steel and foreign X07Ni9 steel materials by different welding methods were carried out.The test results show that the welding methods of shielded metal arc welding(SMAW),gas metal arc welding(GMAW),submerged arc welding(SAW)and manual gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)can be used in the welding of 9Ni steel materials;the influence of welding heat input on the-196℃impact value of specimen is great,and the welding heat input should be strictly controlled by multi-layer multi-pass welding;the fusion ratio should be properly controlled to reduce the dilution rate of the base metal to the deposited metal,thus reducing the presence of martensite.
