摘 要:金属粉芯焊丝兼具实芯焊丝和药芯焊丝的优点,因而在长输管道和海洋平台工程焊接中得到了较为广泛的应用,但在工业压力管道焊接中一直没有得到应用,为此开展了金属粉芯焊丝气保护焊技术在碳钢工业压力管道焊接上应用的试验研究。研究表明,金属粉芯焊丝气保护焊完全适用于工业压力管道的根焊。在对金属粉芯焊丝气保护焊应用于碳钢工业管道焊接的优点进行简要介绍的基础上,详细论述了焊接试验方案、焊接材料、焊接设备、坡口组对、焊接工艺参数、焊接接头力学性能、焊接效率和经济性对比等,最后阐述了该技术应用于PSA氢气流程优化项目工艺管道根焊焊接的效果等。Metal powder-cored wire has the advantages of both solid wire and flux cored wire,so it has been widely used in long-distance pipeline and offshore platform engineering,but it has not been used in industrial pressure pipeline.Therefore,the experimental rsearch on the application of metal powder-cored wire for gas shielded welding in carbon steel industrial pressure pipeline welding was carried out.The results show that metal powder-cored wire for gas shielded welding is suitable for the root welding of industrial pressure pipeline.Based on the brief introduction of the advantages of metal powder-cored wire for gas shielded welding applied to welding of carbon steel industrial pipeline,the welding test scheme,welding material,welding equipment,groove alignment,welding process parameters,mechanical properties of welded joints,welding efficiency and economic comparison are discussed in detail.Finally,the effect of this technology applied to the root welding of industrial pressure pipeline in PSA hydrogen flow optimization project is expounded.
