摘　　要：针刺治疗头痛历史悠久,安全有效,其有效率为50%左右,如何筛选针刺有效人群对于优化针刺治疗方案、节约医疗成本、减轻病人负担意义重大。运用神经影像学技术进行疗效预测是目前的神经影像学研究热点之一,因此本文综述近年针刺治疗偏头痛的相关研究,并对针刺治疗偏头痛的疗效预测研究的现状和研究思路进行探讨。Acupuncture has a long history of treating headache, which is safe and effective. However,the response rate is only 50% approximately. The selection of population that respond well to acupuncture treatment is of great significance for treatment optimization, medical costs saving and burden reduction of migraine patients. Using neuroimaging technology to predict efficacy is one of the current hotspots. Therefore, this article reviews the related researches on acupuncture of migraine in recent years and explores the current situation and research ideas of the efficacy prediction of acupuncture for migraine.
