通信基础设施质量与双边贸易——基于“一带一路”非洲国家的研究

摘　　要：在智慧非洲“一带一路”建设背景下,通过测度非洲各国通信基础设施质量,研究非洲各国通信基础设施质量及其贸易效应。研究表明,一国通信基础设施发展水平与该国经济发展水平、地理位置等因素息息相关;非洲国家通信基础设施的建设与发展有利于开展中非双边贸易往来,促进中非双方友好交流。In the context of Smart Africa and the construction of the“Belt and Road”,this paper measures the quality of telecommunication infrastructure in African countries to study the quality of telecommunication infrastructure and its trade effects in African countries.Research shows that the development level of a country's communications infrastructure is closely related to the country's economic development level,geographic location and other factors;the construction and development of communications infrastructure in African countries is conducive to developing bilateral trade exchanges between China and Africa and promoting friendly exchanges between China and Africa.At the end of the article,relevant revelations and suggestions are drawn based on the above research results.This research is of great significance for the construction of the China-Africa Destiny Community,the optimization of African countries’communications infrastructure,and the stimulation of trade effects.It also provides data and theoretical support for the further advancement of the“China-Africa Destiny Community”and the development of the“Belt and Road”initiative.
