磁共振成像与X线检查在乳腺微小病灶诊断中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:磁共振成像(MRI)与X线检查在乳腺微小病灶诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的50例(病灶92个)乳腺微小病灶患者,患者均为女性,入院后均行MRI、X线检查,且经手术病理确诊,以手术诊断结果为金标准,评估MRI检查、X线检查以及联合检查乳腺微小病灶良、恶性病灶准确度、特异度、灵敏度。结果:手术病理诊断结果显示,50例患者中共有92个病灶,其中良性病灶60个,恶性病灶32个;MRI联合X线诊断乳癌微小病灶良恶性的准确度、特异度均高于MRI、X线单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI与X线检查在乳腺微小病灶诊断中具有重要价值,可准确鉴别乳腺微小病灶良、恶性,为临床治疗提供重要依据。Objective:To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and X-ray in the diagnosis of small breast lesions.Methods:50 patients(92 lesions)with breast micro lesions in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.All patients were female.After admission,all patients were examined by MRI and X-ray,and confirmed by operation and pathology.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of MRI,X-ray and combined examination of benign and malignant breast micro lesions were evaluated based on the gold standard of operation diagnosis results.Results:There were 92 lesions in 50 patients,including60 benign lesions and 32 malignant ones.The accuracy and specificity of MRI combined with X-ray in the diagnosis of small breast cancer lesions were higher than that of others.The difference between MRI and X-ray was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI and X-ray examination have important value in the diagnosis of breast micro lesions,which can accurately distinguish benign and malignant breast micro lesions,and provide important basis for clinical treatment.
