摘　　要：将改性环氧树脂、锌粉和适宜的水性涂料助剂通过高速搅拌混合均匀,制备了兼具优异防腐性和耐湿热性的双组分水性环氧富锌底漆,重点考察了不同类型环氧固化剂的配比、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、流变助剂、消泡剂等对底漆性能的影响。通过优化条件,制备出的水性环氧富锌底漆具有VOC(挥发性有机化合物)含量低、气味小的特点,极大地降低了对施工人员的健康危害,特别适用于集装箱流水线快节奏、高效率的工艺要求。The modified epoxy resin,zinc powder and suitable additives for waterborne coatings were evenly mixed by high speed stirring to prepare two-component waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer with excellent anticorrosion and resistance to humidity and heat.The effects of proportions of various epoxy curing agents,pigment volume concentration(PVC),rheological additives,defoamers,etc.on the properties of primer were emphatically investigated.By optimizing the conditions,the prepared waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer had the characteristics of low VOC content and low odor,which greatly reduced the health hazards to construction personnel,and was especially suitable for the fast-paced and high efficiency process requirements of container assembly lines.
