摘  要:针对高压压裂泵配流效率低、配流阀工作寿命短的问题,通过流场特性仿真对配流阀的结构参数进行优化。分析阀盘升程及锥角对阀内压力、阀口流速及流量系数的影响,得出合适的阀盘升程及锥角参数。结果表明:阀盘底部所受压力最大,阀口流道中靠近阀盘底角处流体速度最大,由于流体速度方向的变化,在靠近阀座处出现固体颗粒堆积;阀盘锥角一定时,阀口流体流速及流量系数随阀盘升程增大而减小;阀盘升程一定时,阀口流体流速随阀盘锥角增大而减小,流量系数则随阀盘锥角的增大先升后降,锥角为60°时流量系数最大;阀盘锥角和升程的优化值分别为60°和15 mm,这有利于降低阀口流速,减弱高速流体对阀盘密封面的冲蚀作用,提高配流效率并延长配流阀的使用寿命。To solve the problems of low flow-distribution efficiency of high-pressure fracturing pump and short service life of distributing valve,several structural parameters of the valve were optimized via flow field simulation.The impacts of valve lift and cone angle on the internal pressure,fluid velocity and flow coefficient of the valve were studied to determine appropriate parameter values.The results show that the highest pressure is at the bottom of the valve disc,and the fluid in the flow path near the bottom corner of the valve disc has the maximum velocity.Due to the change of fluid velocity direction,solid particles accumulate near the valve seat.When valve cone angle is constant,flow coefficient and fluid velocity at the valve port decrease with the increase of valve lift.When valve lift is constant,with the increase of cone angle,fluid velocity at the valve port decreases gradually,while flow coefficient first rises and then drops,reaching the peak at cone angle of 60°.The optimal values of valve cone angle and lift are 60°and 15 mm,respectively,which are beneficial to reducing fluid velocity,lessening the erosion of high-speed fluid on the sealing surface of the valve disc,improving the flow-distribution efficiency,and extending the service life of the valve.
