摘 要:以158F四冲程小型通用汽油机为研究对象,100%负荷的尾气为输入条件,使用在排气入口注入高压空气的方法,在稳态工况下通过变化空燃比进行转化效率的分析。通过对空心、氧化性催化剂(DOC)和三效催化剂(TWC)进行比较,得出以下结果:HC、CO、NO_(x)未加催化剂时转化效率均较低;与DOC相比,TWC中的HC以及CO的转化效率均是先高后低,最终趋于相同;TWC中NO_(x)的转化效率与DOC相比具有优势,但随空燃比增大优势逐渐减小,最终两者效率趋于相同;DOC中NO_(x)在无铑催化下转化效率依然很高。The 158F four-stroke small general-purpose gasoline engine is taken as the research object,and the exhaust gas of 100%load is used as the input condition.For the first time,the method of injecting high-pressure air at the exhaust inlet is used to analyze the conversion efficiency of the gas under steady-state conditions by changing the air-fuel ratio.By comparing hollow,oxidizing catalyst(DOC)and three-way catalyst(TWC),the following results are obtained:the conversion efficiency of HC,CO,NO_(x) in the tail gas without catalyst loading is low;compared with DOC,the conversion efficiency of HC and CO in TWC is higher first and then lower,and finally tends to be the same.Compared with DOC,the conversion efficiency of NO_(x) in TWC has obvious advantages,but as the air-fuel ratio increases,the advantages gradually decrease and eventually the efficiency of the two tends to be the same.NO_(x) still has high conversion efficiency in DOC without rhodium.
