中成药在儿科领域的使用现状分析

摘　　要：中成药因其有着“简效廉”的独特优势,在儿科疾病治疗中被广泛应用,并得到了广大患者及家属的青眯。但由于专用药品品种少、药品研发困难、说明书标注不够完善、临床医师应用不规范、缺乏中药临床药师等问题,导致中成药使用的不规范、不合理、不安全问题突出。因此,本文建议拟从政策支持、规范药品说明书、规范医师的处方开具及发挥中药临床药师作用等四个方面,探讨中成药在儿科领域的合理规范使用,以确保儿童用药的安全性得到切实保障。Chinese patent medicine has been widely used in the treatment of pediatric diseases because of its unique advantages of"simplicity,efficiency and inefficiency",and has been favored by the majority of patients and their families.However,due to the few types of special drugs,the difficulties in drug research and development,the incomplete label,the non-standard application of clinicians,the lack of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists and other problems,lead to the use of proprietary Chinese medicine is not standard,unreasonable,unsafe problems prominent.Therefore,this paper suggests to explore the rational and standardized use of Chinese patent medicines in pediatrics from four aspects:policy support,standardized drug instructions,standardized prescribing by physicians,and play the role of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists,so as to ensure the safety of drug use in children.
