摘 要:为探讨相同留苗密度下不同油菜品种的收获密度差异及根茎粗分布特征,试验对2017-2018年度长江中游区油菜新品种多点测试试验(长沙试验点)24个参试组合的收获密度、根茎粗进行测定分析,并引用Gini系数反映根茎粗的分布特征。结果表明:在2.70万株/667m^(2)的定苗密度下,参试组合收获密度为1.85万~2.70万株/667m^(2),即成株率为68.3%~100.0%;总株(成活株+死亡株)根茎粗Gini系数为0.16~0.42,变异系数为26.86%,各组合的根茎粗不等性变异程度较高;收获密度最低的组合A9 的Gini系数较大,个体大小呈"L"型分布;收获密度最高的组合A19的Gini系数较小,个体大小呈正态分布;相关分析表明,各组合的收获密度与根茎粗Gini系数呈极显著负相关性。上述结果表明在同一定苗密度下不同品种间收获密度存在显著差异,不同收获密度下群体的根茎粗分布呈现不同规律,可为油菜品种耐密性评价提供技术参考。In order to explore the harvesting density variation of different rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)varieties,and distribution characteristics of their root-stem diameters under the same seedling density,harvesting densities and root-stem diameters of 24 testing crosses were measured and analyzed in Changsha during the multi-site trails of new rapeseed variety in the middle region of the Yangtze River in 2017-2018,quoting Gini coefficient to describe the distribution characteristics of root-stem diameters.The results indicated that:under the seedling density of 405000 plants/hm^(2),the harvesting densities of testing crosses were between 277500 and 405000 plants per hectare with the surviving plant rate of 68.3%-100.0%;the Gini coefficients(0 for dead seedling)were 0.16-0.42,and variation coefficient was 26.86%,implying relatively high nonequivalent variation of root and stem diameters among these crosses.Cross A9 had the lowest harvesting density but a relatively high Gini coefficient,distributing as letter"L"in plant size,while cross A19 had the highest harvesting density and a lower Gini coefficient,presenting a normal distribution in plant size.Besides,the correlation analysis indicated an extremely significant negative correlation between harvesting densities of crosses and Gini coefficients of stem-root diameters.All the results demonstrated significant differences of harvesting densities among different varieties under the same seedling density as well as various distribution patterns of stem-root diameters with different harvesting densities,which could provide technical references for the evaluation of high-density tolerance for rapeseed varieties.
