摘 要:育苗是烟草生产的基础,针对烤烟新型两段式育苗中烟株留叶数及采收次数的优化问题,进行了不同留叶数和采收次数的田间试验。结果表明:留叶数16+6次采收的处理,其烟叶在产值和中上等烟比例方面均优于其他采收方式,可获得较好的经济效益。从烤后烟叶常规化学成分分析,留叶数16+6次采收和留叶数18+4次采收处理的烟叶内在成分均较协调,烟叶的香气质和量更高,口感更舒适,烟叶烤香及内在质量上具有一定的优势。优化后的处理方式是烤烟两段式育苗技术体系的重要组成部分,有助于该技术在湘南以及南方烟区更大规模推广应用。Seedling raising is an extremely important basis of tobacco production.In this study,the optimization of the number of leaves left and harvesting times in two-stage seedling raising system was studied.The results showed that the treatment of 16 leaves left+6 times of harvesting were better than other treatments in the output value and the proportion of middle to top grade tobacco,getting more economic benefits.According to the analysis of conventional chemical components,the flue-cured tobacco leaves of the two treatments(16 leaves left+6 times of harvesting;18 leaves left+4 times of harvesting)were not only more harmonious in the internal chemical components,but also had more comfortable taste and higher aroma quality and quantity.The result of this study is an important part of the two-stage seedling raising system of flue-cured tobacco,which contributes to the popularization and application of the technology in southern Hunan and the south tobacco areas.
