摘 要:采用扫描电镜对3种树脂与渔网的匹配性进行研究,筛选出具有最佳渔网材质适应性的树脂,并以之为基料树脂进行防污涂料配方研究。设计了不同的基料树脂/松香比例及PVC结构,通过浅海浸泡的方式进行防污性能研究。结果表明,当基料树脂/松香复配比例(质量比)为1:0.75、PVC为0.425时,防污效果较好。同时进行了多海域适应性考核,在海口海域及智利海域均具有良好的防污性能;在漳州东山岛的示范应用取得了良好的效果,可满足一个海洋养殖周期的实际应用需求。最后采用欧洲玩具安全标准(EN 71-3:2019)对渔网无铜防污涂料的环保性能进行考核,表明具有较高的环保特性。The matching of three kinds of resins with fishing net was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the resin with the best adaptability of fishing net material was selected.The formulation of antifouling coating was studied with different resin/rosin ratio and PVC structure.The antifouling performance was studied by soaking in shallow submergence.The results showed that the antifouling effect was better when the mass ratio of resin and rosin was 1∶0.75 and PVC was 0.425.At the same time,the multi-sea adaptability assessment was carried out,which showed good antifouling performance in Haikou sea area and Chile sea area.The demonstration application in Dongshan Island of Zhangzhou achieved good results,which could meet the practical application requirements within one marine culture cycle.Finally,the environmental protection performance of copper-free antifouling coatings for fishnets was evaluated by using the European standard on safety of toys(EN 71-3∶2019),which showed high environmental protection characteristics.
