摘　　要：针对某钢铁公司制氧厂大型同步电动机励磁系统更换综保装置后启动失败的问题,对该综保装置进行系统性分析,分析电动机启动失败的原因,提出解决问题的方案和今后工作要注意的事项。Aiming at the failure of startup after replacing the integrated protection device in the excitation system of a large synchronous motor in an oxygen plant of a steel company,the paper analyzes the reasons of the failure of the motor startup,and puts forward the solutions and attention points for the future.
