摘　　要：某蒸汽过热炉在投产后经常出现烟道膨胀节浇注料掉落、膨胀节烧损变形、烟道混凝土浇注料垮塌、烟道烧穿、过热器烟温不均匀等问题。通过针对性改造,过热炉运行稳定,工艺参数满足要求,未出现需紧急停炉的问题,经济效益明显。After a steam superheater was put into operation,some problems often occurred,such as falling of refractory castables from the expansion joint of the flue,burn out and deformation of the expansion joint,collapse of the concrete castables of the flue,burning through of the flue and uneven flue gas temperature of the superheater.After targeted transformation,the superheater has run stably,the process parameters met the requirements,and the boiler had no emergency shutdown,bringing obvious economic benefit.
