摘  要:2250轧机在生产不同品种钢时,根据冷却工艺,对层冷系统水温控制要求较高,冷却需水量的波动范围大。原设计的供水控制模式无法满足高规格管线钢生产需求,同时造成水资源浪费和电能浪费。为此改进了设备、工艺及操作规程,满足了生产,降低了运行成本。When 2250 rolling mill produces different types of steel,the water temperature control of the layer cooling system is strictly required according to the cooling process,and the fluctuation range of cooling water demand is large.The original design of water supply control mode could not meet the production demand of high specification pipeline steel,and also led to waste of water resources and electric energy.Therefore,the equipment,process and operation rules were optimized to meet the production requirements and reduce operation cost.
