摘　　要：论述了高端通信线缆产品市场对发泡氟塑料线缆的需求,以及国际上对氟塑料发泡技术研发进展与成果。综述了氟塑料发泡树脂种类、性能和用途。通过对发泡氟塑料线缆产品工艺与设备开发试验过程的回顾,总结了国际上高端设备供应商的先进关键工艺技术设备及配置细节,以期为发泡氟塑料线缆产品研发人员深入掌握相关工艺技术设备提供关键原则性指导。The demand of high-end communication cable market for foamed fluoroplastic cable is discussed,as well as the R&D progress and achievements of foamed fluoroplastic technology in the world.The types,properties and uses of fluoroplastics foaming resins are reviewed.Based on the review of the process and equipment development test courses of foamed fluoroplastic cable products,the advanced key technology and equipment configuration details of international high-end equipment suppliers are summarized,in order to provide the key principle guidance for the R&D personnel of foamed fluoroplastic cable products to master the relevant process technology and equipment.
