摘  要:磁光隔离器是光通信系统中的关键器件。为确保光通信系统宇航应用可靠性,对磁光隔离器的宇航应用评估进行了研究。在介绍磁光隔离器的工作原理、内部关键元件法拉第旋转片、装配工艺和典型光学参数的基础上,重点从磁光隔离器宇航应用评估基础验证设计方面展开磁光隔离器宇航应用评估研究。由此,进行了验证指标体系的设计、失效模式的分析、验证技术流程的制定、质量保证验证试验项目的设计,以期从功能性能、可靠性、应用适应性等方面对磁光隔离器宇航应用进行综合评价,给出验证结论,编制应用指南,指导磁光隔离器的使用。Magneto-optical isolator is the key device in optical communication system.In order to ensure the reliability of aerospace application of optical communication system,the aerospace application evaluation of magnetooptical isolator is studied.Based on the introduction of the working principle,Faraday rotating plate,assembly process and typical optical parameters of magneto-optical isolator,the evaluation research of magneto-optical isolator in aerospace application is mainly carried out from the aspects of basic verification design of magneto-optical isolator for aerospace application.Therefore,the design of verification index system,analysis of failure mode,formulation of verification technical process and design of quality assurance verification test project are carried out in order to comprehensively evaluate the aerospace application of magneto-optical isolator from the aspects of functional performance,reliability and application adaptability,give the verification conclusion,compile the application guide,and guide the use of magneto-optical isolator.
