摘 要:研究以玉米(吉单137)为研究对象,通过在土壤中添加不浓度的微生物土壤改良剂菌动力(每盆2 g,50 g,88 g)和化学土壤改良剂松土精(每盆2.25 g,6 g,10 g)后,研究玉米幼苗的生长生理状况,从而筛选出最适宜的土壤改良剂及其浓度梯度,分析土壤改良剂对玉米幼苗生长及其增产等方面的应用效果,为生产实践提供理论基础。结果表明:两种土壤改良剂对玉米幼苗均有促进作用,菌动力的促进效果好于松土精,最适合玉米生长的土壤改良剂为菌动力,最适浓度梯度为每盆50g,而松土精的最适梯度为每盆10 g。Maize variety‘Jidan137’was used as object to study the growth and physiology of maize seedlings after the different concentaitons of microbial soil amendment microbial power(2g,50g,88g/pot)and chemical soil amendment Songtujing(2.25g,6g,10g/pot)were added to soil.The most suitable soil amendments and its concentration gradient were screened out to analyze the application effect of soil amendment on maize seedling growth and yield-inceasing,so as to provide a theoretical basis for production practice.The results showed that the two kinds of soil amendments could promote the growth of maize seedlings,and the effect of bacterial power was better than that of Songtujing.The most suitable soil amendment for maize growth was bacterial power,and the optimum concentration gradient was 50g/pot,while the optimum concentration gradient of Songtujing was 10 g/pot.
