摘　　要：以陕南地区旧宅基地腾退复垦项目为例,介绍了项目的开展背景、腾退复垦地块特点、调查测绘的工作流程等,提出了“外业调查+内业判读+典型地块测绘”的技术方法。该方法在满足土地综合整治项目工程设计预算、施工放线、验收勘界的前提下,提高了调查测绘的工作效率,建立的数据库极大方便了后期项目管理、数据维护等,进而推动了旧宅基地腾退复垦项目的开展。Taking the reclamation project of old residential land in southern Shaanxi as example,this article introduces the background of the project,the characteristics of the reclaimed land,and the work process of investigation and surveying,and puts forward a method of combining field investigation,offfice interpretation and typical site block surveying and mapping.It is proved that this method can be used to improve the efficiency of surveying and mapping work under the premise of meeting the project design budget,construction survey,and acceptance of the land comprehensive improvement project,and the established database greatly facilitates the later project management and data maintenance,thus promoting the development of the old residential land reclamation project.
