摘　　要：“总体国家安全观”是新时代国家安全指导思想。意识形态安全是总体国家安全重要组成部分,对于保障中国特色社会主义事业持续、稳定发展具有重要意义和作用。实现意识形态安全,遵循“总体国家安全观”基本方略,以统筹外部安全和内部安全的基本思路,对新时代意识形态领域面对的基本形势、资本主义意识形态对于意识形态安全产生的影响进行分析。以此作为切入点,以“总体国家安全观”基本方略为指导,确立实现意识形态安全的对策。The concept of overall national security is the guiding ideology of realizing overall national security in the new era.Ideological security is an important part of the overall national security,which is of great significance and role in ensuring the sustainable and stable development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to realize ideological security,we should follow the basic strategy of“overall national security concept”and take the basic idea of coordinating external security and internal security as a whole,analyze the basic situation faced by the ideological field in the new era and the influence of capitalist ideology on ideological security.Taking this as the breakthrough point and guided by the basic strategy of“overall national security concept”,the countermeasures to realize ideological security are established.
