摘 要:为了研究了不同数量、位置和尺寸的诱导孔对铝–碳纤维复合材料混合管(AL–CFRP混合管)压缩变形模式与吸能特性的影响,建立了AL–CFRP混合管的有限元模型,并利用试验对有限元模型进行了验证。结果表明:诱导孔的数量、位置和尺寸均对AL–CFRP混合管压缩变形与吸能特性有较大影响;单排诱导孔时,混合管的变形模式随孔的数量增多逐渐由混合模式变化为手风琴模式,降低了初始峰值载荷,提高了吸能特性,但诱导孔数量不能过多;多排诱导孔时,诱导孔开设在管件端部能够使AL–CFRP混合管吸收更多的碰撞能量;同时,诱导孔尺寸从上往下依次降低能够使AL–CFRP混合管的吸能过程更加稳定,吸能效率更高,吸收的能量也越多;但过大的诱导孔尺寸,将降低管件的吸能能力,同时改变其变形模式。To study the influence of different number,position and diameter of induced holes on the compression deformation mode and energy absorption characteristics of perforated aluminum-carbon fiber composites hybrid tube(AL–CFRP tube),the finite element model of perforated AL–CFRP tube was established and was verified by experiments.The results show that the number,position and diameter of the induced holes have great influence on perforated AL–CFRP tube.When there is one row of holes on AL–CFRP tube,with the increase of the number of holes,the deformation mode of perforated AL–CFRP tube gradually changes from the mixed mode to the concertina mode,which reduces the initial peak load and improves the energy absorption characteristics,but the number of induced holes should not be too much.When there are multiple rows of holes on AL–CFRP tube,the AL–CFRP tube can absorb more collision energy when the induced holes are set at the top end of the tube.Besides,decreasing the diameter of the induced holes from top to bottom can make the process of energy absorption more stable,the energy absorption efficiency higher and the energy absorbed more.However,if the diameter of the induced holes is too large,the energy absorption capacity of the tube will be reduced and the deformation mode will be changed.
